We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are maintained across all assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.
Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping team members.
Manage housekeeping supplies and report inventory requirements.
Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in hotels, hospitality, or facilities management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in shifts and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and safety standards.
