Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff on a daily basis.

• Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and other areas for cleanliness and adherence to standards.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping team members to maintain a high level of performance.

• Maintain housekeeping schedules and assign duties to staff.

• Ensure all cleaning equipment and tools are properly maintained and in working order.

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed.

• Address and resolve guest or management complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

• Monitor staff attendance and manage timesheets.

• Prepare reports and documentation for management as required.
