Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Incharge to oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping operations across the school campus. The candidate will manage housekeeping staff, ensure sanitation standards, and maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities across classrooms, offices, washrooms, corridors, and common areas.

• Manage and allocate duties to housekeeping staff.

• Ensure proper cleaning schedules are followed.

• Monitor stock of cleaning materials and housekeeping supplies.

• Maintain hygiene standards as per school safety norms.

• Coordinate deep cleaning during holidays/weekends.

• Inspect campus cleanliness regularly and resolve issues promptly.

• Handle housekeeping vendor coordination (if applicable).

• Train staff on cleaning procedures and safety practices.

• Maintain attendance and discipline of housekeeping team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in housekeeping supervision (school/hospital/hotel/corporate preferred).

• Good team handling skills.

• Basic record keeping and reporting skills.

• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.

• Able to manage manpower efficiently.

• Local candidates preferred.

Job Title: Transport Incharge

Location: IMT Manesar, Gurgaon

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Approx. ₹25,000)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Transport Incharge to manage the school’s transportation operations, including buses, drivers, routes, student safety, and vehicle maintenance coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily school transport operations smoothly.

• Coordinate bus routes, pickup/drop schedules, and route optimization.

• Supervise drivers, helpers, and transport staff.

• Ensure student safety during transportation.

• Maintain vehicle records, permits, insurance, and fitness certificates.

• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance schedules.

• Monitor driver discipline, attendance, and performance.

• Handle parent transport queries/complaints professionally.

• Ensure compliance with school transport safety guidelines.

• Maintain GPS tracking / transport monitoring system (if applicable).

• Coordinate emergency transport arrangements when needed.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in transport/logistics supervision (school transport preferred).

• Knowledge of vehicle documentation and compliance.

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

• Ability to manage drivers/helpers effectively.

• Local route knowledge of Gurgaon / Manesar preferred.
