Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai

Salary: ₹31,813 per month

Position: Guesthouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Guest Management

Smooth check-in & check-out process

Guest room allocation & record maintenance

Handle guest complaints & queries professionally

Housekeeping & Maintenance

• Supervise housekeeping staff

• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene standards

• Room & common area inspections

• Coordinate repair & maintenance work

🔹 Inventory Management

• Maintain stock of toiletries, pantry & housekeeping materials

• Update inventory records & raise requisitions timely

🔹 Staff Supervision

• Manage duty rosters & staff attendance

• Ensure discipline, grooming & conduct standards

🔹 Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with laundry, pest control & repair vendors

• Ensure timely service execution & quality

🔹 Food & Pantry Operations

• Supervise pantry & food hygiene

• Coordinate meals as per guest requirements

🚗 Pool Car / Vehicle Management

• Vehicle allocation for guests & promoters

• Maintain logbooks, fuel records & driver attendance

• Coordinate servicing, insurance & repairs

• Verify trip sheets & avoid misuse of vehicles

📊 Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain occupancy & expense reports

• Follow company safety & operational policies

• Support audits & inspections

💡 Preferred Candidate Profile:

✔ Experience in Guesthouse / Hotel / Facility Management

✔ Good communication skills

✔ Ability to handle operations independently

✔ Basic MS Excel knowledge
