Job Description

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing daily housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the residential property, and ensuring excellent service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping staff and manage daily work schedules.

• Ensure cleanliness of common areas, lobbies, corridors, lifts, amenities, and parking areas.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintain service quality standards.

• Manage housekeeping materials, equipment, and inventory.

• Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Train and monitor staff performance, grooming, and safety practices.

• Coordinate with facility management and vendors for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in housekeeping/facility management, preferably in residential buildings, hotels, or hospitality operations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, safety practices, and staff training.

No. of working days - 5.5 / Mon-Fri + Sat half day

Preferred female candidates (Must be willing to visit the property on need basis)

Age criteria : 30 years
