The Housekeeping Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces while adhering to hotel policies and safety standards.
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel standards
Replace linens, towels, and amenities daily or as required
Maintain cleanliness of public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, etc.)
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment
Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
Assist with laundry duties when needed
Provide courteous and professional service to guests, responding to requests promptly
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience is a plus)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights
Basic communication skills; ability to understand instructions in English (additional languages are a plus)
