Job Description

On-Site Supervision: Conduct daily visits to multiple client locations to monitor housekeeping staff performance and ensure attendance.
Quality Control: Perform regular audits to ensure cleaning standards meet the company’s benchmarks and client expectations.
Team Management: Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and safety protocols.
Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site; address grievances and implement feedback immediately.
Inventory Management: Track the usage of cleaning materials and machines at each site; ensure timely delivery of supplies to avoid operational gaps.
Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly field reports regarding staff attendance, site conditions, and material requirements.
