A Housekeeping Staff involves cleaning & sanitizing rooms/areas, laundry & linen care, restocking supplies (toiletries, etc.), and reporting maintenance issues, all while adhering to strict health, safety, and guest privacy protocols to ensure a hygienic, pleasant environment, whether in hotels, homes, or commercial spaces. Key duties include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, making beds. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning: Vacuum, sweep, mop floors; dust and polish furniture/fixtures; clean/sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

• Laundry: Wash, dry, iron, and fold linens; change bed sheets and towels.

• Restocking: Replenish toiletries, towels, and other guest supplies in rooms and restrooms.

• Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.

• Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of trash and recycling.

• Guest Services: Handle guest requests promptly and manage lost & found items.

• Equipment Care: Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment properly.

• Good physical stamina for lifting and movement.

• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
