Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas as per hotel standards
• Ensure rooms are properly prepared before guest check-in
• Replenish guest supplies, linen, and amenities
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly
• Follow cleaning schedules, SOPs, and brand standards
• Ensure proper use and handling of housekeeping equipment and chemicals
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for room status updates
• Handle guest requests and provide prompt service
• Maintain stock of linen, amenities, and cleaning materials
• Adhere to grooming and uniform standards
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred (pre-opening experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemicals
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Physically fit and willing to work in shifts
• Positive attitude and team spirit
