We are looking for a reliable, active, and trustworthy individual to manage our daily office housekeeping and assist with outdoor field work. The ideal candidate will handle morning cleaning duties, collect documents from clients, and make regular visits to the LIC branch office for administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping: Daily sweeping, mopping, and dusting of the office to maintain cleanliness.
Hospitality: Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and office visitors.
Collection Work: Visiting client locations to collect cheques, policy documents, and other important paperwork safely and securely.
LIC Branch Visits: Traveling to the local Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) branch to submit proposals, deposit premiums, and collect receipts or official documents.
Basic Office Support: Assisting with local bank deposits, photocopying, and organizing files as needed.
Requirements & Skills:
Education: 12th Pass .
Experience: 06 months-4 years in a similar office boy, peon, or field role.
Qualities: Punctual, honest, and capable of handling important client documents safely.
Language: Basic communication skills in Hindi and Marathi. English reading basic
