Housekeeping Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping Associate to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate should be responsible, hardworking, and committed to delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms as per hotel standards.

• Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.

• Clean bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.

• Ensure all assigned areas are clean, neat, and hygienic.

• Report maintenance issues and lost & found items to the supervisor.

• Follow hotel SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Respond politely to guest requests.

• Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Eligibility

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in housekeeping operations will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Team player with a guest-focused approach.
