Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the Managing Director's room and office areas.
Clean and sanitize all clinic floors, corridors, common areas, and workspaces.
Ensure lunch and pantry areas are kept clean and organized at all times.
Refill and replace water cans and ensure continuous availability of drinking water.
Purchase lunch, refreshments, and other required items as instructed.
Assist with office errands and day-to-day support activities.
Handle personal work assigned by the Managing Director in a professional and confidential manner.
Dispose of waste regularly and maintain proper waste segregation.
Ensure washrooms and common facilities are clean and adequately stocked.
Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to the concerned department.
Follow all clinic hygiene, safety, and operational guidelines.
