Job Title: Office Boy cum Housekeeping Staff

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary

We are looking for a sincere and responsible Office Boy cum Housekeeping Staff to support the daily office operations and maintain cleanliness across the office premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the entire office premises on a daily basis.

• Clean office tables, workstations, chairs, meeting rooms, and common areas at least twice a day.

• Ensure washrooms, reception area, pantry, and other office spaces are neat and hygienic.

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry and kitchen area at all times.

• Assist with photocopying, filing, document handling, and other basic office support activities.

• Handle outdoor tasks such as bank visits, courier dispatches, document collection/submission, purchasing office supplies, and other errands as required.

• Support administrative and facility-related activities assigned by management.

• Ensure office supplies and pantry items are adequately stocked and report shortages when necessary.

Requirements

• Basic reading and communication skills.

• Prior experience as an Office Boy, Housekeeping Staff, or similar role is preferred.

• Punctual, trustworthy, and hardworking.

• Ability to handle both indoor and outdoor office-related tasks.

• Be willing to stay beyond regular working hours occasionally if required for office work.
