Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean and maintain office floors, cabins, meeting rooms, corridors, and reception areas.
Dust furniture, desks, computers, glass partitions, and equipment.
Mop floors and ensure they are free from dust and stains.
Clean and sanitize washrooms regularly.
Waste Management
Collect and dispose of garbage from bins in all areas.
Replace garbage bags and ensure proper waste segregation.
Pantry & Common Area Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness in pantry areas.
Wash cups, plates, and pantry utensils if required.
Ensure drinking water areas remain clean.
Restroom Maintenance
Refill toiletries such as hand wash, tissue paper, and air fresheners.
Ensure washrooms remain clean and hygienic throughout the day.
Inventory & Supplies
Inform supervisor about cleaning material shortages.
Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Safety & Discipline
Follow safety and hygiene standards.
Wear proper uniform and ID card while on duty.
Maintain polite behavior with employees and visitors.
