Key Responsibilities:
Clean lobbies, corridors, staircases, elevators, and other common areas.
Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize designated areas daily.
Collect and dispose of waste from common areas.
Maintain cleanliness of parking areas, clubhouse, and amenities.
Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Follow housekeeping schedules and safety procedures.
