Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene inside the academy’s premises, including classrooms, kitchens, offices, washrooms, corridors, and common areas. The role ensures a clean, safe, and presentable environment for students, staff, and guests at the Indian Culinary Academy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain all areas of the academy including kitchen floors, classrooms, corridors, washrooms, reception area, and lobby.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, dust, and disinfect surfaces as per hygiene standards.
• Assist in waste disposal and proper segregation of garbage.
• Handle cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment responsibly.
• Replenish supplies in washrooms and pantry areas.
• Support in event setups and basic arrangement work when required.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately to the admin.
• Maintain daily housekeeping checklist and follow cleaning schedules.

Skills & Requirements:
• Previous housekeeping experience in a school, college, hotel, or institution preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good discipline, time management, and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of safety rules and chemical usage.

Work Schedule:
• Full-time role (Shift timings as per academy schedule).
• Must be willing to work on events, special occasions, or weekends if required.

Education Qualification:
• Minimum SSLC/PUC preferred.

Performance Indicators:
• Cleanliness and upkeep of assigned areas.
• Timely completion of daily tasks.
• Maintenance of hygiene standards and SOPs.
• Feedback from staff and students.
