We are looking for a punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeeping & Office Support Staff member who will maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and efficient functioning of our atelier and office space. This role requires discipline, responsibility, and consistent upkeep of all areas—indoor and outdoor.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Housekeeping & Maintenance
Maintain daily cleanliness of all office areas, including workstations, common areas, reception, and seating spaces.
Dusting and surface cleaning of furniture, equipment, and shelves.
Maintain overall hygiene within the office at all times.
2. Pantry & Refreshments
Maintain the pantry area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and stocked.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests promptly.
Coordinate and serve lunch as required.
Keep utensils washed, dried, and stored properly.
3. Bathroom Hygiene
Thoroughly clean and sanitise the office bathrooms multiple times a day.
Ensure availability of essentials like handwash, tissue, and cleaning supplies.
Maintain odour-free, spotless washrooms at all times.
4. Shoe Care Support (Specific to Achilles’ Heel Atelier
Dusting, polishing, and basic upkeep of shoes as instructed.
Maintain the shoe display area in clean, polished condition.
5. Outdoor Area & Plants
Sweep, clean, and maintain the outdoor office entrance/premises daily.
Water and care for the plants as per the schedule.
Ensure the outdoor area always looks clean and presentable.
6. Office Opening & Closing Duties
Arrive on time every day to:
Open the office
Switch on all lights, ACs, and required equipment
Prepare the office for the day
Stay until closing to:
Switch off systems
Lock up the premises
Ensure everything is safely shut and secured
7. Staff & Guest Support
Provide any basic assistance needed by team members (moving items, handing materials, etc.).
Maintain a polite, respectful, and helpful attitude with all staff and visitors.

Additional Notes
Any materials or supplies needed for cleaning or maintenance will be provided.
Training will be given for shoe dusting/polishing where required.
The person must follow all office rules and maintain confidentiality and decorum and wear formal clothes only.
