Job Summary:
We are looking for a sincere and hardworking Housekeeping Staff member to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the office premises. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and pleasant working environment for employees and visitors while working under the supervision of the Office Assistant/Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean office premises, cabins, workstations, desks, meeting rooms, reception area, and common spaces on a daily basis.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of washrooms, pantry, cafeteria, and other utility areas.
Dust, mop, sweep, and sanitize office furniture, floors, equipment, and fixtures.
Refill pantry supplies, drinking water, handwash, tissues, and other essential consumables.
Collect and dispose of waste in designated areas following hygiene standards.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office spaces for meetings, events, and guest visits.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or cleanliness concerns to the Office Assistant/Office Manager.
Ensure proper care and handling of cleaning equipment and housekeeping materials.
Follow all workplace safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.
Provide support during office events and special activities as required.
Requirements:
Education
Minimum 10th Pass.
Experience
0–3 years of experience in housekeeping, office cleaning, facility management, or a similar role.
