Department: Administration / Facility Management
Location: Factory / Office Premises
Reporting To: Admin / Supervisor
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the workplace to ensure a safe, neat, and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.
Clean and maintain factory/office premises including floors, restrooms, work areas, corridors, and common areas
Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas regularly
Collect and dispose of waste as per company guidelines
Refill toiletries, drinking water, and pantry supplies when required
Maintain cleanliness of furniture, windows, doors, and equipment
Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards strictly
Use cleaning materials and equipment properly and safely
Report any damages, repairs, or safety issues to the supervisor
Support during events, audits, or inspections if required
Follow company rules, attendance, and discipline policies
Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and materials
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Physically fit to perform cleaning duties
Honest, punctual, and disciplined
Willingness to work in shifts if required
Minimum: Basic schooling
Experience in housekeeping preferred (freshers can be considered)
Factory / Office environment
Standing, bending, and lifting involved
