Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, cafeteria, and restrooms.

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing office furniture and fixtures.

• Regular sanitization of common areas and high-touch surfaces.

• Manage pantry services, including preparing/serving tea, coffee, and refreshments.

• Ensure proper waste disposal and cleanliness around waste bins.

• Replenish office supplies (toiletries, tissues, cleaning products, etc.).

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging furniture as needed.

• Report repair/maintenance issues to the admin team.

• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Support in small errands or office assistance tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience (preferred but not mandatory).

• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
