JAKS Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of assigned sites. We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented individuals who can ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our clients.

Position: Housekeeping Staff

Salary: Attractive in-hand salary (as per experience & site requirements)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas including floors, workspaces, washrooms, furniture, fixtures, balconies, and common areas.

• Clean glass surfaces, windows, doors, and remove paint stains, hard water marks, and construction residue where applicable.

• Refill and restock consumables such as toiletries, tissues, handwash, towels, and cleaning supplies.

• Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment, tools, and machines properly.

• Use cleaning chemicals safely and strictly follow company safety and hygiene guidelines.

• Identify and report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the site supervisor or concerned department.

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness as per company and client expectations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Basic education preferred

• Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, housekeeping equipment, and safety procedures

• Strong time management skills and attention to detail

• Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties efficiently

• Willingness to follow company policies and site-specific instructions
