Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain kitchen, utility, storage, and wash areas.
Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, tables, drains, and equipment surroundings.
Wash utensils, trays, vessels, and kitchen tools.
Ensure proper waste disposal and dustbin cleanliness.
Maintain hygiene standards during and after production.
Refill cleaning and hygiene supplies.
Support deep cleaning after kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Basic housekeeping or kitchen cleaning experience preferred.
Physically active, disciplined, and hygiene-focused.
Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment.
