Clean and maintain office premises, including cabins, workstations, reception, conference rooms, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize floors, furniture, glass partitions, and office equipment.
Clean and disinfect washrooms and ensure they remain hygienic throughout the day.
Maintain pantry cleanliness and prepare/serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors when required.
Refill pantry and washroom supplies such as tissues, hand wash, tea, coffee, sugar, and drinking water.
Empty dustbins and dispose of waste in accordance with office guidelines.
Ensure the office is neat, organized, and ready before working hours.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or shortages of cleaning supplies to the supervisor.
Handle cleaning equipment and materials safely and responsibly.
Follow company hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Support the administration team with basic office assistance as and when required.
