Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain office floors, workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, reception area, washrooms, pantry, and common areas.
Dust and sanitize furniture, office equipment, doors, windows, and other surfaces.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors daily.
Ensure washrooms are clean and stocked with toiletries and handwash.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and guests as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry and dining area.
Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure proper segregation of garbage.
Refill drinking water dispensers and pantry supplies when required.
Report any maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, furniture, etc.) to the Admin department.
Handle housekeeping materials and cleaning equipment responsibly.
Support office events and meetings by arranging rooms and serving refreshments.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Perform any other housekeeping or office support duties assigned by the Admin department.
