Reports To: Kitchen Manager / Facility Supervisor
Minimum Qualification: Class 10th Pass
Experience: 0–2 years
Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, floors, and workstations daily.
Use only approved cleaning chemicals and follow defined methods.
Ensure all electrical appliances are switched off and unplugged before cleaning.
Follow and maintain weekly Deep Cleaning Schedules and update cleaning checklists.
Report any repair, pest, or maintenance issue immediately to the Manager.
Handle waste segregation and disposal as per hygiene and FSSAI standards.
Maintain personal hygiene and grooming as per food safety protocols.
Support kitchen staff in maintaining workplace discipline and readiness for audits.
Awareness of food safety and sanitation standards.
Diligent and detail-oriented in cleaning practices.
Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
