Job Summary:

Hotel Basant Sarovar is seeking dedicated and responsible Housekeeping Staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms and public areas. The role plays a key part in ensuring guest comfort, safety, and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, service, and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms as per hotel standards

• Change bed linen, towels, and replenish guest amenities

• Ensure cleanliness of public areas, corridors, and service sections

• Follow daily cleaning schedules and supervisor instructions

• Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly

• Adhere to hotel hygiene, safety, and operational procedures

• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred (freshers may apply)

• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team

• Physically fit for daily housekeeping duties

• Honest, disciplined, and punctual

• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
