Position: Housekeeping Staff

Department: Administration / Facility

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting To: Admin / Facility Manager

Job Summary

Housekeeping staff will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the office/showroom premises, ensuring a pleasant and sanitized working environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of office/showroom areas including floors, cabins, reception, meeting rooms, pantry & washrooms

• Dusting furniture, fixtures, displays, shelves

• Maintaining washroom hygiene and replenishing required supplies (soap, tissue, etc.)

• Cleaning glass doors, windows and display areas

• Managing pantry cleanliness and supporting tea/coffee service (if required)

• Handling trash disposal and waste segregation

• Maintaining cleaning supplies inventory and informing Admin for refills

• Helping during events, meetings & arrangements

• Assisting in minor tasks like file shifting, small errands

• Reporting maintenance issues immediately (lights, washroom issues, plumbing, etc.)

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in housekeeping (office/hospitality preferred)

• Knowledge of cleaning methodology, tools & chemicals

• Basic hygiene sense and discipline

• Should be punctual and responsible

• Physically fit & able to perform manual tasks

Work Timings

To be decided as per showroom/office requirement

Salary Range

12000-15000
