Location: Hotel Annapoorna Residency
Room Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
Change bed linen, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
Ensure rooms are cleaned as per hotel standards before guest check-in.
Hygiene & Safety
Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
Report any health or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Inventory & Supplies
Maintain stock of housekeeping supplies and linen.
Report shortages or damaged items.
Handle linen and laundry properly.
Guest Service
Respond politely to guest requests related to housekeeping.
Ensure guest satisfaction through cleanliness and prompt service.
Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
Inspection & Reporting
Inspect rooms for damages, missing items, or maintenance issues.
Report maintenance problems (AC, plumbing, lights, etc.) to the concerned department.
Lost & Found
Follow hotel procedures for lost and found items.
Submit items to the housekeeping supervisor.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams.
Attend daily briefings and follow instructions from supervisors.
Professional Conduct
Wear clean uniform and maintain personal grooming.
Be punctual and follow hotel rules and policies.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures
Good physical stamina
Ability to work in shifts
Polite communication skills
