Job Title: Housekeeping Associate – Public Areas
Role Overview:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of all public areas in the hotel, ensuring a welcoming and luxurious environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain lobbies, restrooms, restaurants, corridors, parking, banquet and other public spaces.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and presentation at all times.
Replenish supplies and amenities in public areas as required.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
Follow hotel grooming, safety, and service standards.
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping/public area experience preferred (luxury hotels an advantage).
Good communication, grooming, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in shifts and deliver consistently high standards.
