We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning & Maintenance Staff member to ensure our villa remains spotless, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times. The ideal candidate will take pride in providing a clean, welcoming environment and delivering excellent service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning of all villa areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, terraces, and outdoor areas.
Ensure all furniture, floors, fixtures, and surfaces are spotless and well-organized.
Change bed linens, towels, and restock toiletries and supplies as required.
Deep clean the villa regularly, following cleaning schedules and standards.
Handle laundry, ironing, and proper storage of linens.
Monitor the condition of the villa and report any damage, repairs, or maintenance needs immediately.
Assist with simple maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, minor fixes) when required.
Maintain cleanliness of external areas such as poolside, garden, and entrance.
Welcome guests politely upon arrival and guide them into the villa when required.
Verify and collect guest entry passes or booking confirmation before allowing access.
Communicate courteously and professionally with guests, supporting them with basic requests or directing them to the supervisor if necessary.
Respect guest privacy and ensure a calm, friendly service attitude at all times.
