Key responsibilities
Cleaning and tidiness: Keeping all areas, including restrooms and public spaces, clean by vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and sanitizing. This can also include changing linens and managing cleaning supplies.
Basic maintenance and repairs: Performing minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, or changing water filters. This can also involve landscaping tasks like mowing grass, trimming trees, and watering plants.
Assisting with operations: Helping with various tasks as needed, which may include operating machinery, transporting equipment, and preparing areas for guests or events.
Safety and compliance: Following safety protocols, performing inspections, and maintaining equipment in safe working condition. This includes knowing emergency procedures.
Support and reporting: Taking instructions from supervisors and managers, reporting any faults or needs for replacement materials, and communicating with other staff members.
