Facilities Manager

URGENT HIRING :-

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the gated community.

2. Supervise housekeeping, security, gardening and maintenance staff.

3. Monitor electrical, plumbing, lift, DG, STP, WTP and fire safety systems.

4. Ensure proper maintenance of common areas and community amenities.

5. Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.

6. Coordinate with vendors, contractors and the Residents' Association.

7. Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters and work performance.

8. Prepare maintenance reports and control operating expenses.

9. Ensure cleanliness, safety and smooth functioning of all facilities.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Facility Management.

2. 3–5 years of relevant experience in facility management.

3. Experience in gated communities or residential apartments preferred.

4. Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

5. ⁠Two wheeler is mandatory

6. ⁠Experience in my gate is mandatory.
