Washing & Sanitizing: Scrape, rinse, load, run, and unload dishwashing machines; hand-wash delicate items, pots, pans, and glassware.
Kitchen Maintenance: Keep dishwashing area, floors, and storage areas clean, dry, and organized; sanitize workstations and equipment.
Waste Management: Regularly empty and clean trash and recycling bins.
Stocking & Organization: Store clean dishes, utensils, and cookware in designated areas; assist with receiving and storing food deliveries.
Support Tasks: Assist with food prep, cleaning spills, and other duties as requested by chefs or managers.
