Cleaner – Job Description

Position: Cleaner / Housekeeping Service Professional
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contractual
Location: On-site (Customer Home Service)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to provide professional cleaning and housekeeping services at customer locations. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, punctual, and capable of maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction during home service visits.

Key Responsibilities

Perform cleaning and housekeeping services, including but not limited to:

• Home cleaning (bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom)

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

• Kitchen cleaning (countertops, utensils, sinks, stove areas)

• Bathroom and toilet cleaning and sanitization

• Window, glass, and surface cleaning

• Garbage collection and disposal

• Deep cleaning services (if assigned)

Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of all cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies.

Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards during all service visits.

Provide polite and professional interaction with customers.

Ensure timely completion of each booking as per schedule.

Report any damage, issues, or additional service requirements to the company.

Adhere strictly to company policies and service quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in cleaning or housekeeping services.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and proper usage methods.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Basic understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices.

• Prior experience in home cleaning services is preferred.
