Waste Management:
Collect and dispose of garbage properly.
Segregate dry and wet waste and ensure bins are cleaned daily.
Assistance in Office Operations:
Assist in arranging meeting rooms, moving furniture, or basic setup when needed.
Handle small errands like delivering internal files or couriers within premises.
Safety & Maintenance:
Report any maintenance issues such as leakages, damages, or broken fixtures to the admin or office manager.
Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and responsibly.
Discipline & Conduct:
Maintain proper grooming, hygiene, and wear clean uniform daily.
Be punctual, polite, and respectful to all employees and visitors.
Follow supervisor’s instructions and maintain confidentiality within the office premises.
Sanitization & Health Precautions:
Regularly disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, and tables.
Ensure proper hygiene standards are maintained as per company policy.
