We are a growing startup in the housekeeping services industry and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead business growth, client acquisition, and overall operational coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, supporting operations, and contributing to administrative planning.
Business Development & Sales:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the housekeeping and facility services sector
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close business deals
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service contracts
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for clients
Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships
Handle customer communication, feedback, and issue resolution
Operations Coordination:
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Support manpower planning and site mobilization
Monitor service quality and client requirements
Marketing & Growth:
Support marketing activities and brand promotion
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Assist in developing growth strategies for the company
Administration & Reporting:
Maintain records, reports, and documentation
Track business performance and prepare management reports
Proven experience in business development within housekeeping, facility management, or service industries
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to handle multiple clients and projects
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment
Basic knowledge of operations and administrative processes
3–7 years (Housekeeping / Facility Management preferred)
