Designation: An Assistant Car Parks Manager/Supervisor
Job Role : oversees daily parking operations, supervises attendants, and ensures compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards. They handle staff scheduling, train new hires, resolve customer complaints, manage parking equipment maintenance, and assist in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Monitoring, organizing, and improving daily parking lot/deck operations to ensure efficiency.
Staff Supervision: Recruiting, training, and scheduling parking services personnel, including patrolling attendants.
Customer Service: Acting as a point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and ensuring high standards of service to guests.
Facility Maintenance: Coordinating, inspecting, and supervising maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of parking infrastructure.
Financial & Administrative: Assisting with budgeting, cash reconciliation, processing permits, and preparing operational reports.
Compliance & Safety: Enforcing parking rules, regulations, and safety policies.
