Diagnose laptop hardware and software problems
Repair or replace parts (keyboard, screen, battery, hard drive, RAM, fan, etc.)
Install and update operating systems and software
Remove viruses and malware
Perform data backup and recovery (when possible)
Test laptops after repair to ensure proper functioning
Explain issues and solutions clearly to customers
Keep records of repairs and parts used
Knowledge of laptop hardware and components
