Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (Local candidates only)
Experience: 2 to 5 Years.
Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 per month (Based on experience & capabilities).
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (Office-based, No field work).

Work Schedule & Timings

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Saturday: 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM

• Weekend Offs: All Sundays off + 1 Saturday off per month

Job Overview

We are an established IT Integration company with a 14-year track record of business excellence. We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive (Technician) to manage and maintain our in-house office hardware and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide efficient technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices while ensuring smooth network functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware Support: Setup, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain office desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.

• Network Management: Monitor and maintain office Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic local area network (LAN) functionalities.

• Software Installation: Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Mac) and essential office software applications.

• Peripherals & Equipment: Oversee the proper functioning of meeting room equipment, projectors, and other office digital assets.

• Issue Resolution: Provide prompt diagnostic support and resolve technical glitches for internal team members to minimize downtime.

Role Requirements

• Education: Graduate or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, printer configuration, Wi-Fi networks, and troubleshooting.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of solid hands-on experience in a similar IT technician or desktop support role (Mandatory).

• Job Nature: Must be comfortable with a 100% office-based role; this position involves no field visits.

• Location: Must reside in Navi Mumbai for regular commuting convenience.

• Notice Period: Immediate joiners or those who can join within a maximum of 2 weeks are preferred.
