Key Responsibilities
● Provide technical support through calls, email, and chat
● Visit client locations in Mumbai and outstation when required for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training
● Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, networking devices, servers, and GPU systems
● Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
● Maintain proper documentation of client queries and resolutions
● Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technical solutions
● Ensure timely responses and maintain professional communication with clients at all times
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
● Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, servers, and GPU systems
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
● Willingness to travel for client support
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently

Office: Bhayander, Mumbai
Client Visits: Mumbai and outstation as required (company expense)
Experience: 6 month – 1year experience
CTC : 15000 to 20000 per month depend on the interview
Fresher: for a fresher, we offer a 6-month internship, and after that, based on performance, full time opportunity
Stipend - 10000 per month
