We are looking for a Service engineer to join our team at Candid Optronix Private Limited to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹22,000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnosing technical issues, conducting repairs, and implementing preventative

maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Installation:

Installing new equipment, systems, or hardware according to specifications and

ensuring proper operation.

Maintenance:

Performing regular maintenance checks, inspections, and preventative care on

equipment.

Technical Support:

Providing technical assistance and support to customers, addressing their questions

and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of service activities, including repairs, installations, and

maintenance procedures.

Training:

Providing training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential.
