Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day desktop and system support to users.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and basic IT peripherals.

• Troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, network connectivity, and user issues.

• Perform basic LAN/Wi-Fi and connectivity troubleshooting.

• Manage user accounts, password resets, and basic access-related issues.

• Maintain IT assets, inventory, and support documentation.

• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical team.

• Ensure timely resolution of user complaints and service requests.

• Follow client IT policies, security guidelines, and support procedures.

• Maintain professional communication while working directly with client users.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.

• Good understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.

• Knowledge of printers and other IT peripherals.

• Basic knowledge of Active Directory is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently at a client site.

• Customer-service-oriented approach.

Qualification

• Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.

• Shift: Day Shift

• Working: 6 Days per Week

• Employment: Contract Based

• Deployment: Client Site

• Payroll: Client Roll
