Desktop, Laptop troubleshooting (Hardware & Software)
Operating System installation and configuration (Windows 10, Windows 11)
Printer installation and troubleshooting (Network & USB printers)
Basic Network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration)
Knowledge of MS Office installation and troubleshooting
Antivirus installation and issue resolution
Email configuration (Outlook, Office 365, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Server support (optional but preferred)
Remote support tools ka knowledge (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.)
AMC Support Skills:
AMC call handling and onsite support
Preventive maintenance of IT equipment
