Senior Engineer - Cloud & Infra Management Role L1 Infrastructure Operations Application Support Responsibilities Performance monitoring and tuning to check performanceavailability of the servers and provide continuous support at the L1 level Provide Level 1 Support for s Events received troubleshoot at L1 level and escalate if required Monitoring and troubleshooting the failed jobs and ensure they are completed successfully Managing roles and privileges of the users Perform Script based code deployments Handling critical s Performing Server Monitoring and Patching Provide quick resolution to the issues raised by the end users Coordinateorganize KT sessions with other teams for new tasks Create and manage SOPs Participate in DR and CCR Work on Jira incidents within the SLAs Monitor and support inscope client applications Awareness of ITIL process Generateprovide regular status reports weekly biweekly monthly Identify and recommend service improvement opportunities Managing batch jobs in both on prem and cloud Troubleshoot issues with FeedsFiles Skills Experience Good knowledge in JIRA Active Directory Linux AWS services Windows Administration Experience in analyzing the logs using Datadog D42 Sumologic etc Manage escalations Good communication verbal and written Basic knowledge of Kubernetes Knowledge of any batch job monitoring consoles Experience in AWS and its services Job Location East Campus Whitefield Timing 24x7 rotational shifts
