SAP MM Job Title : SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant Experience Level : 6-10 Years Location : Gurugram, look for local candidates Delhi/NCR only. Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and skilled SAP MM Consultant with 6-10 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. As an SAP MM Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the Materials Management module in SAP, collaborating with business stakeholders, and contributing to the successful implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities : SAP MM Implementation & Support : Lead and support the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP MM module, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and objectives. Configuration & Customization : Perform configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of the SAP MM module, including procurement, inventory management, material master, vendor management, purchase order processing, and invoice verification. Requirement Gathering & Analysis : Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and create detailed functional specifications. Integration with Other SAP Modules : Work closely with other SAP modules such as SAP SD, SAP WM, SAP FICO, etc., ensuring seamless integration and business process optimization. End-User Training & Support : Provide training to end-users, preparing training materials, and offering ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of SAP MM processes. Problem Resolution & Issue Management : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MM functionalities, including identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions. Continuous Improvement : Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing SAP MM functionalities, workflows, and business processes to enhance system performance and user experience. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for configuration, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures. Project Management Support : Assist in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. Skills and Qualifications : Experience : 6-10 years of hands-on experience working with SAP MM module in a full project life cycle (from requirements gathering to go-live and post-go-live support). Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in SAP MM configuration, customizing procurement processes, inventory management, and integration with other modules. Business Process Knowledge : Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes in materials management and procurement, with a strong ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions. Problem Solving : Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex SAP-related issues. Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business users. Certifications : SAP MM certification is preferred but not mandatory. Teamwork : Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Preferred Experience : Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Fiori applications. Experience in working with third-party tools or integrations for procurement and inventory management. Knowledge of best practices and industry standards for SAP MM implementation and management. Educational Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Experience Level Senior Level
