L4 Laptop Repair Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled L4 Laptop Repair Technician who can diagnose and repair advanced motherboard-level issues in laptops. The candidate should have expertise in chip-level troubleshooting, component replacement, schematic reading, and handling multiple laptop brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues at motherboard/chip level

• Troubleshoot dead laptops, no display, charging, heating, and booting issues

• Repair and replace ICs, MOSFETs, capacitors, resistors, and connectors

• Perform BIOS flashing and software troubleshooting

• Read and understand motherboard schematics and board views

• Handle advanced soldering and micro-soldering work

• Ensure quality repair and proper testing before dispatch

• Maintain repair records and update job status regularly

• Follow ESD and safety procedures in repair area

• Support junior technicians in technical troubleshooting

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of laptop motherboard architecture

• Expertise in chip-level repairing and circuit troubleshooting

• Hands-on experience with soldering/rework stations and multimeters

• Knowledge of BIOS programming tools

• Understanding of Windows installation and driver troubleshooting

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under production targets and timelines

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass / Graduate

• Certification in Hardware & Networking preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in laptop repairing

• Experience in L3/L4 motherboard repair preferred

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on experience)
