Key Responsibilities
Network Setup: Install physical cables, routers, switches, and servers.
Hardware Repair: Open desktops and laptops to replace broken parts like RAM, hard drives, or fans.
System Monitoring: Watch network speed and fix slow connections or dropped signals.
Security Control: Set up firewalls and protect data from outside attacks.
Maintenance: Run regular updates and test systems to prevent sudden crashes. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of computer parts and physical assembly.
Understanding of local networks (LAN), wide networks (WAN), and TCP/IP rules.
Ability to test network cables and set up Wi-Fi routers.
Good problem-solving and communication skills
