Network Engineer

Job Title: Backend, Tendering & Project Coordination Executive

Company Overview:

We are an IT solutions company specializing in Government and Corporate sector projects, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure and Security Surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle backend operations related to project execution and documentation

Manage end-to-end tendering processes (Government & Corporate tenders)

Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and compliance reports

Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, and management)

Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure timely completion

Maintain project records, reports, and communication logs

Communicate with clients and vendors for project-related updates

Assist in planning, scheduling,and monitoring project activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

Experience in tendering (especially Government tenders) is preferred

Basic understanding of IT and Security Surveillance systems

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication)

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Experience:

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (Freshers with strong skills can also apply)
