Senior Field Support Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Field Support Engineer who will take responsibility for
managing and supporting technical operations at customer and network sites. This role
involves overseeing installations, solving service issues, maintaining site standards, and
ensuring smooth operations. You will also be expected to support the team and help maintain
customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Customer Support & Service
Carry out feasibility checks, new installations, and resolve service complaints.
Deliver a smooth and satisfying customer experience during every visit.
Professional Appearance & Cleanliness
Maintain personal hygiene and be presentable during customer interactions.
Keep tools, equipment, and workspace neat and clean.
Site Management
Monitor and maintain uptime for POP/HOP locations.
Perform routine maintenance and coordinate tasks to avoid service disruptions.
Material & Equipment Handling
Track material usage and update records regularly using digital tools (e.g., Google
Sheets).
Keep all tools in working condition and ensure they are used and stored properly.
Work Discipline & Ownership
Be punctual and available as per work schedule or emergency calls.
Take complete responsibility for your tasks with honesty and commitment.
Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on knowledge of field operations, service installations, and basic
troubleshooting.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable using basic digital tools for tracking and reporting.
A responsible, dependable, and proactive approach to work.
