Network Engineer

We are looking for a Splicer Cum Field Engineer to join our team at Gtpl Broadband Private Limited (gtpl Broadband Private Limited).

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation commissioning of Optical equipment, like transmitter, optical nodes.

• Repairs and maintenance of Optical/ Co-ax network, OFC splicing, OTDR fault location testing, loss testing with optical power meter.

• Ensure maximum up-time of operational network. Ensure QoS to the LCO / direct connectivity, fault resolution at customer’s premises.

• Ensure high levels of discipline, motivation sense of ownership and effective interaction with subscriber.

• Expert in optical fiber splicing, patching and OTDR event knowledge. Observes, diagnose and resolve complaints/network related problems within the timeline.

• Proper installation for new optical fiber construction within the timeline.

• Installation and commissioning of new customers within the timeline.

• Follow standard operating procedures for carrying out installation, complaints, preventive maintenance and documentation of the Network.

Job Requirement:

Having a knowledge of 6 month to 1 year in the same field.

Also who have completed their ITI can apply for apprentice.
